Terms and conditions.
(applicable to the SPORTLAB LT, UAB online shop)
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms govern the purchase and sale of goods, payment, delivery and returns, and define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods from the online shop operated by SPORTLAB LT, UAB (the “Shop”).
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to comply with them.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms by giving advance notice on [www.sportlab.lt]. Changes take effect on the date of publication.

3. Protection of personal data
3.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. Data is used only for order fulfilment, payment and delivery purposes.
3.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or necessary to fulfil an order, for example to courier services.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1. The Buyer may purchase goods online by selecting them from the catalogue and submitting an order through the online shop.
4.2. Payment may be made by:
bank transfer;
bank card;
online banking services;
other methods shown at checkout.
4.3. An order is considered confirmed when the Seller receives payment for the goods.
4.4. All prices include VAT, where applicable.
5. Delivery
5.1. Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania by courier or to parcel lockers.
5.2. Delivery time: 1–7 working days, if the item is in stock. If it is out of stock, the customer will be informed individually.
5.3. The delivery charge is shown when placing an order. Free delivery may apply to orders above a specified value.
5.4. The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. Any damage must be noted on the delivery document and reported to the Seller.
6. Product quality and warranty
6.1. All goods sold by SPORTLAB LT, UAB are covered by a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged through improper use, non-original accessories or mechanical impact.
6.3. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for warranty service.
7. Returns and exchanges
7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
7.2. Returned goods must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels and packaging.
7.3. Refunds for returned goods are issued within 14 days of the goods arriving at the Seller's warehouse.
7.4. The Buyer bears the return costs, except where the goods received are defective or of inadequate quality.
7.5. If a product has been used but has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a new item or refunded.
8. Liability
8.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
8.3. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer or improper use of the goods.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. All disputes or disagreements between the Buyer and Seller shall be resolved through negotiation.
9.2. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be heard by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.

10. Final provisions
10.1. These terms take effect upon publication on the www.sportlab.lt
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms, prices or conditions at any time, ensuring that the version in effect at the time of purchase applies to the Buyer.
